Hello. I started speedruning this game recently on stream and noticed a feature that I can’t go beyond 23 minutes because of my long loading, the stream affects the channel. I play on a weak laptop. Is it possible to use pause during loading in this game? When to stop and when to resume?

No, you can't. If you can't afford a new computer, record your gameplay with camera instead.
