Emulator are allowed in the ps1 version?
No, I'm pretty sure it's not allowed, since emulator can't replicate loading times of CD-rom.

Me and Kombat King was talking about this yesterday. Yeah Emus are banned for the reason they will always be faster and are not 100% with load times. As far as playing on a modded console. i will leave that answer to one of the mods.
