After gameplay I retimed this run using https://somewes.com/frame-count/ with a console FPS of 60 which is the GC native framerate according to http://tasvideos.org/PlatformFramerates.html and raw video framerate of 60 FPS for a total of 34873 frames or a Video Time of 9:41.217 RTA and 8:17.350 IGT. First Frame set on the frame the fadeout beggins after choosing "OK" and End Frame set on the frame that "Goal" beggins to appear on screen after finishing the final lap.
I use Nintendo GameCube Model No. DOL-101(USA) with Swiss 0.6 with "Mario Kart - Double Dash!! (USA).iso" loaded and GV-USB2 Capture Card.
