I know I'm going out on a limb when I say that I think that a 16:xxx time is possible, but I really think so!
Some notes to myself: I don't understand why, but when I start with higher revs than the "perfect start", that speed comes up later when I'm going uphill, even though the car slides a bit at the start (road part). It seems to be worth it.
The uphill checkpoint here is 10.63. I had a 10.20 before which I didn't carry enough speed with, and I think even that isn't optimized.
