This run uses a nasty trick: Sometimes, when you see the target car smoking deep black, you can already drive towards the finish line, as the car will take slight damage from bumping into traffic lights / small jumps etc. This doesn't work all too often, and here I had the luck that it worked basically right before the finish line.
Sub 1 minute is possible if you can manage a 1 hit death! That would be a huge milestone for this. Even damaging him and utilizing the same trick as here could be enough!
