Done a run to test timings on PS2 Hardware for once and didn't even think that it could be world record. here we are now. Awesome pigeon that's hard to beat (only 2-3s more there maybe) unfortunate jungle evil dip, night fright went somewhat wrong and big boss once again had travel shoes on. Can be beaten with a mid-tier pigeon still. Alert in 4F was not necessary, post Card 9 travel back to prison wasn't optimal.

so yeah, beatable but also very good run all in all.
