*Note to moderator: I rounded my splits to match those as shown in the run - and rounded up at the end since I forgot about the second dialog box. I intend to improve these splits.
This was fun. I intentionally forgo the use of Star Boo to ensure a valid submission for "All Star Tournaments-Nonstar Characters" as well. This was not much slower - statistically speaking, though my lack of memory of good routes hurts both Waluigi and Star Boo. I will try this again.
