Pure insanity! This was essentially like my previous PB, but the first two courses were vastly improved. I still kept up with the other splits despite not quite managing to skip as many or as long of holes as I had before. Waluigi's quicker hitting animations really add up. Another thing to remember: Star Boo is strong. If you hit Sweet Spots, you can do just about anything you want. This is apparent in the 10:13 PCG split.
The biggest improvements would be in Shifting Sands, Blooper Bay, and Bowser Badlands. Plenty of mistakes in those courses, and some scares, but we made it!
