Thanks to Feya Chan for discovering this strat!

This will definitely not be the record for a while, I'm talking about you Steg. There's a lot of improvements to be made, but at the time I was farming this IL I got really bored. Hopefully seeing what Steg came up with will rekindle my desire to take this time even lower.

So, how does this work? It's really simple actually. All you need to do is bring the CIA agent to the burned house in "Lamar Khaate Palace", leave the area (about 140m away) and the XOF assassin will appear.

00:01.200 - Run starts (Fade in: Last dark frame) 05:15.334 - Run ends (Camera zooms out/ HUD icons disappear)
