Finally beated ClaytonJMC's time. "D-Walker plus Trick Shot" what ever that means, couldn't do it. For some reason when I used D-Walker's fulton ballista it didn't count for the 100m neutralization task. Cool trick, if you are leaning on D-Horse and hop off him while holding ctrl (not sure whats the controller counterpart) snake will crouch, which is way faster than waiting for the roll animation.

Tasks in order of completion:

1. Picked a haoma in the desert between Shago Village and Spugmay Keep.
2. Neutralized the Spetsnaz commander from long distance (100m or more); Extracted the Spetsnaz commander; Eliminated the Spetsnaz commander.
3. Secured the processed materials hidden in Shago Village.
