There's improvements to be made. I accidentally stopped fultoning the prisoner, and D-Horse got stuck on the house. The run is alright, no major hiccups besides the two I already mentioned. Managed to make the Major and his subordinate start their conversation quicker than normal (probably because of the Phantom Cigar). And, to top it all off, I extracted both targets with one shot of the fulton launcher - it's a very precise shot but it can be done with some consistency, just make sure that both targets are very, very, close to each other.

Tasks in order of completion:

1. Extracted prisoner being held at Munoko ya Nioka Station, NE Guard Post.
2. Identified the PF commander, the Major.
3. Listened to the conversation between the PF commander (the Major) and subordinate.
4. Identified subordinate of the PF commander, the Major. 5/6/7. Eliminated the PF commander, the Major/ Extracted the PF commander, the Major/ Extracted subordinate of the PF commander, the Major.
