I would say 4 plays & master difficulty bc thats what it is in the top times

Keep in mind mid bosses is a lot of rng with bjr being a lot of the time.

4 Players all on master, Bowser Jr Rng is the main issue with getting good times. You should able to get consistent sub 13's and 12's even with bad Bowser Jr fights with enough practice.
