so uh the earlist known instance mentioned of n0cut5 was now as far as im aware in 2012 in where someone was experiencing a freeze problem in lego batman 2 and was handed the cheat code to skip a cutscene causing the freeze. this means that as far as im aware. cutscenes causing a freeze was a somewhat big enough problem for the cheat code to exsist and stay being a thing so that if someone cant progress due to that. they can be handed a code that can let them skip it. lego batman 1 does not have the code but cutscenes are skippable in it by default, there is acually a flag in a nu2 engine games settings that determans if a cutscene is skippable by default. which is false by default but can be set to true. discovered it when looking into the files of lego harry potter 1, in where in the same place was the value that stored how many hearts you have with and without the extra hearts cheat and if 2 hearts are merged into 1
