Whenever I get the farmer early and enter a special assignment (like fmttm) The role disappears. Anything I have to do to prevent that? I see speedrunners (Like WizardPower for example) Still having farmer but whenever I enter I don't have it. Any help would be appreciated.
you have to complete a story objective that also gives you a new story ability normally.
like in the Any% run where we get farmer at the 2nd clown (when you would also unlock criminal scanning). Or in Undercover% when farmer is often grabbed on the way to Bluebell National Park to unlock the grapple gun.
Ok, I hope I am getting it right. Getting Farmer early does not get any checkpoints/saves etc. so the game loads a state in which you dont have farmer yet. So what youre saying is by getting a story ability it can save the state that chase has it. If im wrong can you please explain further?
