Part 2:

At the end, I'm restarting the game because of a visual 99% bug, showing that I discovered 57/58 locations on Insula Striate while having liberated all 13/13 regions. This is impossible and a known bug which is solved after a restart. At the timestamp below you can see this bug in the progress menu.
