On Part 3 at 1:44:00 into the video I was tweaking the mouse cursor speed using an Open Source Package called Piper before the Tank Frenzy II challenge. It is used because Logitech does not provide direct support for their products on Linux.

At 1:44:00 in the Part 3 video I was diagnosing a reason to why the game was not displaying 100% liberation despite all settlements having been discovered and liberated. A restart of the game resolved this issue.
