Sort of both. RTA (stopwatch time) will be used for Any% runs that are not individual levels, and all others have both RTA and IGT :)

Merge of positive and negative times and RTA ILs
Hello, everyone.
Based on the results of the poll in our discord server, it was decided to merge Positive Times and Negative Times into a single category, IGT. Because of that, a flat minute will be added to all IGT times.
We got another IL category — RTA. It uses the same timing as in full
