It would be fine if this rule was enforced correctly, but it isn't. Tons of verified runs use the 0s blood rush and are completely fine, but I can't submit the same run because it involves 0s blood rush. It's not fair that these runs get to stay up but mine are taken down. Please either remove this rule, or take down all the WRs that use 0s br to keep the categories fair
