Hello, basically on the window mode I can't even get 60 FPSes. On the resolution 1024x768 I have 50 FPS and on the lower resolution 20-30. The PC is not the issue, because it runs better games in more FPSes. I'm on Windows 8.1. Thanks!

Do you have a dedicated graphics card?

Compatibility options > check "disable scaling on high dpi displays" or whatever it's called

@WRP_Beater yes I have a dedicated graphcs card @lakitu64 it didn't do anything, everything is still the same
