This IL was completed during SILLY #GetSILLY 
The 1.0 version was used to perform the Last Requests IP. This allows us to use the HP glitch while still keeping The Fuzz Ball available.
Rules overhaul & ASE in full runs and ILs
Rules overhaul
All mutual to all categories rules were moved to "Game rules" section. "Category rules" now contain only information applicable to said category.
Previously established rules were added to clarify the established norms:
- No loading of saves made outside of the current attempt
