Just a heads up that all submitted runs require a video of the run, no matter what. You could submit splits but not without an accompanying run video.

There are people on the leaderboards with no video, what about them?

Those are very old runs so either the VODs were removed before speedrun.com was made or they are legacy runs from a time where videos weren't needed
