When do you start the timer? it does not say

the frame the starting text disappears i believe

directly from game rules: "Timer starts when you assume control of Pac-Man and/or Ms. Pac-Man" i guess the first frame you can see movement in pacman basicaly

tipical mistake, be sure to check game rules as well as category rules :)
