The Quadgrader powerup makes all of the upgrade levels go up by 1. I purchased the powerup and level 9 of each of the upgrades. Then, I used the Quadgrader powerup to make the upgrades all go up by 1, which means each of the upgrade's levels went up to 10

Rule Update
Game Settings will no longer be required to be shown.
After thinking it through, every game setting can be shown in-game through gameplay, so there is no need for this rule.
