Very uncomplicated. Everybody is an Assault type shotgunner with ROFUPI's. Very one-dimentional, just like Emma's story missions.

Ignore Alisa, and later, Linny, unless they're required or mandatory.

Only interesting aspect is to rotate the active participants in battle, so that everybody learns skills and has 30 AP as soon as possible, because unlike Alisa's story, Emma's story forces you to field all your members at some point or another.
