So this might happen in other places but we are fed up of rejecting runs because people don't read the rules, now there are a handful of rules that are most common reject reasons, so Is it possible you can implement something like a pop up window (turn it on/off in the settings - Not everyone wants it on) and they have to click something like ok my rules aren't breaking these common rules.

So as an example I click Submit a Run then on the next page I get a popup that says, Rule 1, Rule 2 Rule 3 and I understand my run is fine with these, now I am aware we have rules but there are a lot of people that just don't want to read them and it's not just annoying for us but a waste of there time uploading and filling in a form only for us to reject it after watching it (if needed)

Is this something you can implement, like I said it can be a switch so if you don't want to use it you don't have to and wont affect the site for everyone.

knowing humans, everyone would skim it through "ah its just rules i already know" even if they dont and then click agree to get it over with. then in the future they know what the pop up is and skip it immediately.

so this would likely not affect the people its meant for and only annoy people who do know and read rules.
