What on earth are the consoles "3DSBC" and "2DSBC"? They're listed for a bunch of games, but google turns up nothing at all.

The BC in those is for "backwards compatible". The intent is to use those in cases where e.g. there's a DS and 3DS version of the game, and it's important to distinguish between running the DS version on a 3DS and running the actual 3DS version
