Hi my game request option is gone I saw this after I sent a request for jetpack joyride and I can’t find any fix for it and also how long does it take on average for the mods to look at the request

Same issue here, last year a game request of mine was visible in "Pending Actions" but the game request I did today isn't listed there. Was this feature removed?

It's a by-product of the new Support Hub: your request is probably still being processed, but you just can't track it for the time being.

ELO will most likely add back the ability to see your pending requests through the site sooner or later, but in the meantime we'll have to sit tight and wait for an email or somethin'.

Note that game requests that were pending prior to this update have also vanished from the pending actions tab, so it's not clear from our end if they've been transferred over correctly either.

I agree that it's really confusing to know whether requests are still alive or not, which is exactly why I sent a suggestion to add a way to track requests through the Support Hub itself.

In the meantime, you could try getting in touch with one of the Content mods/Full mods themselves through DMs to see if they can shed some light on the situation.

@MrMonsh Oh, I don't have any pending requests at the moment. This is a complaint I've heard from another player, and I gave him the same advice you just posted. Just thought I'd point it out since I hadn't seen it mentioned in any of the threads on the topic.

How the hell do you speedrun Jetpack Joyride? It's an endless runner.

@EmeraldAly He probably submitted it after seeing EazySpeezy's video. But you're right, it's unlikely to be accepted.

@hahhah42 I actually submitted the request 2 days prior after my first game jail run didn’t get accepted I thought I would be fun to try speedrun jetpack joyride and after eazyspeezys video came out I thought it got accepted but it didn’t that’s why I came here to ask about it but now that you mention it probs won’t because it goes on for ever like u said so ehhh it’s get rejected it gets rejected can’t change that plus I have one more game on mind

Tho it’s a odd coincidence I really did do it before him making that video that just make me look bad lol
