I didn’t post in the 2025 thread, but I achieved my goals for that year. For 2026, I would just like to finish at least one run of Resident Evil 2 on both PC and GameCube and not be in last place on the leaderboard. It’s personally difficult for me due to my disability, though. But I will keep trying for now.
Last time I've tried on PC, this happened:
My goal is to find a major skip! Currently messing around with OoB and re-routing. If anyone has some solid tips, I'd be happy to hear it! :)
My goal is to climb the leaderboard in a few categories and find a partner to play speedrun 2-player games for a true competitive experience.
i want to learn yoshis island warpless.
as for the 2025 goals, i did the other one and almost did the second one but traveling is a lot of money
I have been wanting to make this post for a while now. What is everyone plans for Speedrunning in 2026? For me, I would want to reach over 1,300 Speedruns before July 2026. But, if I cannot get there. Then, I hope I can get to 1,300 Speedruns by September 2026. Which, is my birth month.
Late posting especially because I didn't think I'd be doing too much but really I've been motivated once again to try and finish Uncharted 2 and 3 permadeath runs. Incidentally, after a lengthy hiatus from UC2, I decided to come back yesterday to doing attempts and managed to complete it on the 2nd attempt of the day! The community board is officially complete in terms of all games now having an eligible run completed and I'm now at 4/5 for tracked games here completed! I'm really hoping to get UC3 in a shorter amount of time esp compared to UC2 and I would love to get the bonus of Golden Abyss done before the year's end if I can.
Age of wonders 3 any% for all 4 campaigns
Elven court is routes but not recorded in single segment
Human/halfling/Necro campaign ill have to do on the fly
Kind of an unorthodox answer but I want more people to speedrun my indie game so the full runs and individual level categories are filled with entries!
It's so much fun seeing the 3 or 4 people run it and myself as a runner along with them, and we all look for skips and routes, but most of us aren't really actual speedrunners of any games historically, so I know my game could have so much more potential once people discover it
