First ever run feat. a few dumb mistakes such as sleeping at the inn twice and removing all materia before gunner/rufus. Cloud got one shot by Palmer, losing me around 10 mins. If that didn't happen, would've been sub 2:30.
Emulator Seek and Read Speed Update - *RULES CHANGE*

Due to popular demand, we are adjusting the allowable Read and Seek speeds on emulator runs to 2x (Quad) and Infinite respectively. Slower settings are still acceptable, but we are now allowing up to those settings.
