Emulator Seek and Read Speed Update - *RULES CHANGE*
Hello PSX Digital runners!
Due to popular demand, we are adjusting the allowable Read and Seek speeds on emulator runs to 2x (Quad) and Infinite respectively. Slower settings are still acceptable, but we are now allowing up to those settings.
