Some of the strategies I use are:

Quit to main menu to allow me to fast travel from robot repair center, and to get wingsuit back after the observatory, since it often bugs out.

Throw crabmones on the queens to get the antlions to attack her, which distracts her and stops her from burying.

The enemies with body parts inside of them are ALWAYS the same enemies. For example, it's always the red king in the swarm flying around, and it's always the elite furthest away from me.
Other than that, the run is mainly just efficient travel across the map, which you can see for yourself in the run.
