This Is A Preload Character i made with the S.P.E.C.I.A.L and perk stats needed for the run

how to install and add to file:

1. install the file to your downloads folder

2. Rename to any.GCD

3. go to Fallout 2 > DATA > and drag file into DATA

4. Load Fallout 2 and press New Game > Create Character > options > Load > any.GCD
