Patch 1.33.2 but no 'make new entry' option is showing for me atm so I can't create the new patch option.

Notes: Sorry about the shitty partial screen cap rather than my usual window cap. But it is necessary for when doing RTAs that use save-loading so that the game captures quickly enough upon restart.

The save-loading at the end is required to force the game to do a recalculation of trade goods and (at least according to testing on non-ironman with debug_achievements) allows the achievement to be 'completed' at times other than the end of the year.
