I think Great Horde should be faster than Kazan for this category. I had okay luck this run, but particularly the alliances of Uzbek was a bit unfortunate.

One big challenge with this run is probably balancing your economy with how many troops you can build, since more troops would probably allow you to fight multiple wars at the same time more efficiently, but money might get tight.
