You can raise blue and red elevator through the wall saving a nice chunk of time. I had no luck making jump from raising just the blue elevator, but it looks like it should be possible. This would make the opening quite a bit easier.

Another decent time-save is right after grabbing red key by coming back the way you came before the wall closes.
