I couldn't figure out exactly how the raising platforms work, but it's definitely worth getting them moving before grabbing red key as the only platform you can use to make the jump is a very long wait otherwise. Sometimes you can get the steelshot.

I'm slow in some spots but this was a very difficult map to survive.
