Found a glide on this map that allows you to raise the way for the exit area right away. You do still need to grab yellow key, but it still saves a big chunk of time not having to wait for all the platforms to raise. You can do the glide on either side of the bars but I found the left a bit easier.

This map is a little annoying to speedrun since the glide is so far into the run. Am happy to get sub 1:30 but I'm sure this one can still go a lot lower.
