This route is pretty awesome and skips basically the whole map. Archvile jump into a death exit so you can slide under the bars. He's not easy to lure out quickly but am sure this can still go another 10-15 seconds lower.

Dieing quickly after making the jump is not always easy so I try to stay low health.
