Mod Note: Removed loads for Time WIthout Loads and added 24m43s to the board after removing 53s133ms from your time w/loads.

I'll be honest and thought I choked this one at the end and I didn't hit the F key right away... so I got a bit flustered and took it slow, then I forgot to stop the timer at the point where the rule say to so I did a double check at the moment I hit F and submitted with that time :)
