A series of very random category ideas for the game:

All Bosses (mainly so you can’t skip multiple layers): Any%, but you have to beat every boss available before the post game. (Bosses are described as the ones that have that pop-in effect at the beginning of the fight stating their name.)

Min Bananzas: beat the game while using Bananzas the minimum amount of times (1 Bananza use is quantified by activating it, the time you spend in one has no effect, Bananza trials do affect the total)

Hungry%: From a new file, get every Banana that comes from the weird gold cacti who you feed good and I don’t know the name of, time ends when you get the last Banana

I have just beaten a lowest% run that includes min bananzas and it’s very challenging and fun so I think min bananzas will be fun

A lowest% actually sounds really good! And, it could always be split off into separate categories (no gold, if that’s even possible, min Pauline uses, etc.) The thing I want to achieve with these runs is to shake up the routing in some major way.

Changing the route in a mayor way it sounds fun too because it forces the speedrunners to find more ways to skip some parts of the game
