LOW% rules
Was thinking to create a category of low% and was wondering what rules we should use. I figured it would be one of two rules, option one being easier to run.
Option 1: Normal timing method as any% but no upgrades.
Option 2: Zap-o-matic and deathray only.

honestly for ZOM and saucer DR only upgrades are better being allowed but you know guess it wouldn't be true low%
