I remember a few months ago I made a speedrun with @Dweamy_Void and for some reason the speedrun disappeared??

No but the only way it’s in the list is if I manually go to my notifications and see the message of the speed run had being accepted.

The run could of been denied, there are multiple reasons why a run can be denied

if you guys havn't figured it out yet, is because its a level run. its a different tab on your src page.
