Started timer ~4 seconds early and ended ~6 seconds late so I factored that into the retiming. Also, the load remover didn't count Tornado Alley for some reason so I re-added that time (1m 13s) as well.
Emulator now allowed
As of now, you can submit runs to the lederboards played on PCSX2 (Nightly) v1.7. or higher. The emulation accuracy has improved dramatically in recent times and combined with the loadless timing and the load remover, PCSX2 can finally go on the boards as well.
