I have seen some IL runs in which players continuously jumps while running in which they seems fast when I compare my game's player running speed. Is it cheat or any trick which is accepted ?? Pls clear this Moderators.

Also the sound is missing in the above WR mentioned above and it is accepted even it doesn't follow game rules by not having sound recorded.

yeah, something like that, also you need to move you camera in direction of where you strafe, just watch some superfull ILs where he shows which keys are pressed at the moment

Btw, strafing has to be done in 333 fps (or 125 but way less interesting) to be effective
