A clear improvement over my last run. Kenya was very hard to set a new time for, 3:40 is my limit as of right now. I sadly lost 2 seconds in this attempt.
UK was good, could be a tiny bit better, overall this PB ain't bad.

Hi all,
So in the last week or so, there has been some community discussion regarding the runs for 100% and if changes will happen. Turns out changes are happening and as a result here's what is changing:
