how i got my time: push the first block until you get through the "tunnel" and then create a hook with two blocks climb onto the block for block two, when it starts to fall, jump over it, and then hook up onto the ledge for block three, create a straight snake with four blocks. this will push the rail block down and allow you to get through the gap. repeat on block four
