Could someone explain what the fling strat is? Tried looking it up, but could not find a video or explanation.

Hi, fling strat is when you disable the Vsync, that allows you to jump on a prop and pick it up quickly after to do a high jump. Like at the arcadia and fort frolic skip, look at Bloodthunder's or Glurmo's speedrun. You can look here for more info:
