New checkpoint warp strat. Clear all enemies in the last floor so they won't shoot you, go next to the door and lineup your crosshair with the hatch on it and vault on top the invisible barrier. This should activate the trigger and now you can just reload last checkpoint. It won't work if you're not on full health or if you got another checkpoint before the door.
