It's been a long time. I came back and spent some time derusting W1 tonight for fun, but didn't expect to actually get a time this good. I'm a bit worried that it's not actually WR still, even though I spent a bit analyzing my and NoComment's runs and mine seems to be quicker by a few frames. I don't know the exact timing rules, though.

If this is WR, though, I will be so happy :D
