This trick/strategy works on more levels than you might expect

Including 3-11 and 3-13

There is also a way it could work for 3-2 but its extremely difficult and would take at least 10 minutes of flying up when you get the rng before it all right which has only happened to me once (and i still messed up) in 100+ attempts (most fail in the first few seconds but a few last 5+ minutes)
